"5 at the First" ends the third season with a visit from renowned violinist Mayumi Seiler. Leading the Seiler Trio, she presents us with the monumental Schubert Trio, one of the last works he wrote. Hear the influence of Viennese interpretation (Mayumi grew up in Salzburg) and why the theme of the second movement has been used in 5 films and 2 miniseries! But the program begins in the dark cafes of Argentina....
